Summary: Great chips at a Great Price
Comment: You can even buy a couple chips for a couple bucks to get the feel before you buy too. Type in poker chips and see for yourself. There are more available than you can imagine. Also check out 21aces.com for their review on chips and chip tricks! This is a sweet place I just recently stumbled upon. What I'm trying to say is that after all my research--I picked these. I'm a poor boy and this was the best bang for the buck. I have to say that I'm happy about my decision.
The chips have a really good look and feel to them. The clink doesn't sound like cheap plastic. Although not quite as sweet as the clay clinks when splashing the pot, it's still a respectable sound. The chips aren't slippery like that of labeled more expensive chips (ie. 4 aces). This is a big help when trying to do the chip tricks. Although I may splurge in a couple years on some 13gram pure clay chips at about 5 times the cost when I've accumulated some winnings ;D, I don't believe you can go wrong with your money buying these.
I'll say it again. These best bang for your buck. Yourself or the recipient of this gift won't be disappointed with this price range of chip. I prefer it to many 2-3x as expensive.

Summary: Great Buy - a killer deal, but things you should know
Comment: As stated in Empire11's August 18th review, there seem to be imperfections with about half of the white chips in my case. The white and blue colors on these chips look as if they were not as carefully molded and do not have the same smoothness on the edges like the others. But not to worry, the RED BLUE GREEN and BLACK chips are quite smooth and made well. My friends joke, "Its just more insentive to win BIG!".
Also, the only false advertisement is the foam on the top-inner wall of the box, not having those protruding cushions like the picture. Instead it is a flat piece that, nonetheless, does its job.
Other than these minor differences, I can say without a doubt that this is a very satisfying buy if you need a good number of chips without breaking the bank.
